Who we are
SquidInk USA is an independent web design studio in Glendora, California 91740. This policy covers squidinkusa.com. You can reach us at info@squidinkusa.com.
The project enquiry form
When you send the enquiry form (on the home page, or the quick quote box on the free website checkup page) we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company or current website (optional), what you need, your rough budget and your project details.
We use them only to reply to you. Each enquiry is stored in Cloudflare KV and deleted automatically after 365 days, and it is emailed to our business inbox at info@squidinkusa.com. The emailed copy stays in that inbox until we delete it. There is no mailing list, and we don't add you to one.
The free website checkup
When you run the checkup we fetch the public web page you entered and score it. We keep the website's address (its host name, for example yourbusiness.com), the score and the time of the check for 180 days. We don't keep the full report. We contact you about a checkup only if you ask for a review.
Analytics
Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts visits, pages, countries, device types and page-speed measurements. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors. We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking scripts.
Bot protection
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person (not a script) is submitting. It loads only when a form is on screen. Cloudflare may look at technical details of your browser and connection, including your IP address, to make that decision.
Cookies
Visitors get no cookies from this site, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie that the site owner receives when they log in to the private owner screens.
Hosting and who handles your data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers, KV and database storage). Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. Enquiry emails are delivered through Cloudflare's email service to our Google Workspace business mailbox. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone else, other than these service providers acting for us.
Asking us to delete your information
To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@squidinkusa.com from the address you used (or tell us the website address you checked) and we will find it, delete it and confirm by reply. We answer every message within one business day.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, we update this page and its date. Last updated 2026-10-13.
